This page applies between each user and the operator of BuyMyApp.buzz (“BuyMyApp”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

BuyMyApp is a listing and introduction platform. We do not handle acquisition money, provide escrow, verify every seller claim or complete transactions.
What BuyMyApp does
- Hosts app and digital-business listings
- Provides discovery, enquiry, offer-recording and valuation tools
- Helps buyers and sellers connect
What BuyMyApp does not do
- Does not own listed apps
- Does not act as a broker or agent
- Does not process acquisition payments
- Does not receive or hold funds
- Does not provide escrow
- Does not transfer assets
- Does not guarantee listings or users
- Does not provide legal, financial, tax or investment advice
- Does not resolve transaction disputes
Buyer safety checklist
Before committing funds or signing anything, independently verify:
- Seller identity and authority to sell
- Ownership of source code, branding, domains and intellectual property
- Revenue, expenses and profit figures
- Traffic and active-user claims
- Code quality, dependencies and security posture
- Third-party licences, contracts and customer obligations
- App-store, platform and vendor asset-transfer requirements
Use an independent written acquisition agreement, and a reputable regulated escrow or payment provider selected independently by the parties. BuyMyApp is never part of that payment.
Seller safety checklist
- Do not transfer source code, domains, credentials or administrative access until appropriate agreements and secure payment arrangements are in place
- Never publish passwords, API keys, customer data or confidential source code in a listing or message
- Keep evidence of ownership and performance claims so you can substantiate them to a serious buyer
Scam warning
BuyMyApp will never ask you to send the purchase price of an app to BuyMyApp. If anyone claims to be holding acquisition funds on behalf of BuyMyApp, stop and contact mike@creeater.com.

Seen a listing that looks suspicious, misrepresents ownership, or asks you to pay outside a proper agreement? Tell us and include the listing name or link.
