BuyMyApp may collect:

• Name, email address and account details
• Seller profile and business information
• Listing descriptions, images, screenshots and uploaded evidence
• Financial and performance information voluntarily submitted for listings or valuations
• Enquiries, offers and messages
• Favourites and dashboard activity
• Support correspondence
• Device, browser, security, log and approximate-location information
• Cookies and similar technical information required to operate the service

BuyMyApp does not collect or store acquisition payment-card details, bank-account details or escrow funds through the marketplace.

Users must not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, API keys, private source code or confidential customer data.

Information may be used to:

• Create and secure accounts
• Publish and manage listings
• Operate marketplace searches, favourites, enquiries and offers
• Generate requested valuation results
• Communicate with users
• Moderate content and investigate misuse
• Maintain security and prevent fraud
• Improve performance and usability
• Comply with legal obligations

Published listing information, seller display names and selected profile information may be publicly visible.

Information included in enquiries, offers and deal messages is disclosed to the relevant buyer or seller. Users should not include unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.

Information entered into the valuation tool may be processed using managed AI services to generate analysis. Users must not submit personal information, confidential source code, passwords, API keys or customer data to the valuation tool.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.

BuyMyApp may use service providers for hosting, authentication, file storage, security, email delivery and managed AI processing.

Some providers or their systems may be located outside Australia. Reasonable steps will be taken to select reputable providers and protect information. Users may contact mike@creeater.com for current information about relevant processing arrangements.

BuyMyApp does not sell personal information.

BuyMyApp uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and should report suspected account misuse to mike@creeater.com.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Users may request access, correction or deletion by emailing mike@creeater.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate security, backup, dispute or legal purposes.

BuyMyApp will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable period. Where applicable, users may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

BuyMyApp is intended only for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
